What Is a Breathwork Circle?

Guided Breathing

We guide you back to your body and into the present moment through conscious, circular breathing. No technique is required — just your breath and a loving guide to accompany you step by step. It’s a simple yet profound practice that helps calm your mind and open your heart.

Emotional Release

Tears, laughter, trembling... everything is welcome here. This is a safe space to release what you’ve been holding in for too long — without judgment, without masks. Breath becomes the bridge to unlock blocked emotions and move energy through the body freely.

Connection & Community

You are not alone. This is a shared, sacred space where healing happens in community. As we breathe together, we support and witness one another — creating connection, compassion, and collective transformation.

How Breathwork Circles Work

Breathwork circles are intentional spaces where healing, awareness, and transformation unfold naturally.

1. Preparation

Each breathwork circle begins with a moment of intention. Participants are invited into a grounding space where they can share their hopes, feelings, or goals for the session. This circle of sharing fosters trust and presence, gently opening the door for inner exploration. Setting an intention helps anchor the breathwork experience in something meaningful.

2. Conscious Breathing

The session moves into the core practice: conscious, circular breathing. With the support of gentle guidance or a meditative framework, participants are led through a rhythm of connected breaths. This method taps into the body’s natural ability to self-regulate, heal, and expand awareness — no prior experience is needed.

3. Emotional Release

As breathing deepens, so does the connection to emotion. Participants often experience a range of feelings and physical sensations — from tears to laughter, shivers to calm — all welcome here. This space is designed for emotional freedom, allowing what has been stored or suppressed to be seen, felt, and released.

4. Support & Connection

There is power in breathing together. These circles are held in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you’re supported by both the facilitator and the presence of others. Witnessing and being witnessed in your truth is part of the healing — you’re never alone in this journey.

5. Closing & Integration

Each breathwork circle ends with grounding and reflection. Participants are guided to reconnect gently with the present, often through sharing, journaling, or silence. This closing space allows you to integrate the experience with care and carry its insights into your daily life.

What do I need to participate?

Headphones, a yoga mat or comfortable bed, a blanket, pillow or cushion, water, and a quiet space free from interruptions.

What if I can’t attend live?
